* Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives.
* Develops mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with project managers, line managers, and clients.
Minimum Qualifications--- 8 years relevant progressive experience with Bachelors in related field; 6 years relevant progressive experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 12 years relevant progressive experience.
* RCM level II Certification
* Extensive experience with working in the Submarine Maintenance Engineering Planning and Procurement (SUBMEPP) Activity managing Class Maintenance Plan management, Material Condition Feedback (IMAP), and Maintenance Instruction Documents (MIDs).
* Able to communicate directly and support the NAVSEA customer, Submarine Maintenance Engineering Planning and Procurement (SUBMEPP) Activity, and Newport News Shipbuilding Submarine Planning Yard PM.
Preferred Requirements--- Active Secret Security Clearance--- Experience with IR or LARS--- PMP
