Primary Job Function Team member working within a strong collaborative team ensuring the efficient and accurate operations within the accounts receivable department. Essential Duties & Responsibilities * Ensure a safe work environment in compliance with all federal, state, local and company safety policies and procedures using the appropriate tools and equipment for the task. * Ensure timely and accurate processing of billing. * Analyze, verify, and finalize hauler payroll. * Monitor and update certificates of insurance for hired haulers. * Work closely with sales representatives, plant managers, dispatchers, and controllers. * Perform all other duties deemed necessary or assigned. Qualifications * 2-4 years of applicable work experience Construction- related industry experience a plus. * Excellent communication skills. * High attention to detail. * Ability to organize, prioritize, and multi-task without extensive supervision. * Ability to adapt to a changing environment. * Problem-solving and analytical skills. * Team player. * Ability to work under pressure. * Focused on meeting daily/weekly/monthly deadlines.
