Operational Collections Specialist

Job Description:

A company is looking for an Operational Collections Specialist.
Key Responsibilities:

Maintains accurate account information in proprietary software
Researches accounts with credit balances and prepares documentation for refund or transfer
Provides accounting support, locates and sends information to third-party collection agencies

Required Qualifications:

Previous customer service and collections experience is a plus
High School diploma is required
Ability to prioritize tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel
Strong work ethic and team focus
