development. Job Details The Accounting Manager will be responsible
for overseeing the daily operations of the accounting department,
ensuring accurate financial reporting, and supporting the
organization’s fiscal health. This role requires a hands-on leader
with strong analytical skills, a collaborative mindset, and the
ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the
organization. Key Responsibilities: Manage and oversee daily
accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts
payable/receivable, payroll, and bank reconciliations. Prepare and
review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in
accordance with GAAP. Assist in the development and monitoring of
budgets and forecasts. Ensure compliance with internal controls,
policies, and regulatory requirements. Support the annual audit
process and coordinate with external auditors. Analyze financial
data and provide insights to support strategic decision-making.
Supervise and mentor accounting staff, fostering a culture of
accuracy, accountability, and continuous improvement. Collaborate
with other departments to ensure financial procedures align with
organizational goals. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in
Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA or CMA preferred).
Minimum of 6 years of progressive accounting experience, with at
least 2 years in a supervisory or management role. Strong knowledge
of accounting principles, financial reporting, and internal
controls. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
-Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to
work effectively across departments. -Experience in healthcare or
