Seeking enthusiastic part time Personal Assistant to grow with owner and company.Job DescriptionPart-Time Admin Personal Assistant (Independent Contractor) needed to provide outstanding administrative duties to a very busy entrepreneur with multiple small businesses. This position is remote, and candidate must live within a 50-mile radius of Williamsburg, VA. Must be available to work 2-3 hours between 9AM - 4PM two days a week. Other days and hours are flexible. 1. Maintain Owner and Company General Calendars a. Schedule Appointments i. Emails ii. Warm/cold phone calls b. Send out appointment reminders2. Send out emails a. Follow-up b. Introductory3. Marketing a. Email Blasts b. Group Texting4. Coordinate with venues regarding company training events5. Update the following: a. webpage "content only" via WordPress b. Social Media Outlets i. Facebook ii. Twitter iii. Instagram iv. Podcast6. Create and edit PowerPoint Presentations/Publisher files7. Various other duties as assignedQualificationsMust have proven virtual work experience and work ethicsHigh school diploma required. Associate degree or higher preferred1 or more years administrative assistant experience a plusMust be professional, matured, responsible and reliable to maintain utmost confidentiality when handling important documents and sensitive mattersExcellent communication (verbal, written), interpersonal, and superior telephone skillsAble to work independently must possess exceptional organizing, monitoring and administrative skillsComputer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Office Professionals: MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Publisher, and PowerPointStrong proofreading and editing skillsMulti-tasking ability, able to work under pressure and tight deadlinesCRM experience requiredTime management skills are an absolute plusThrives in a fast-paced environmentMust be trainable and coachableRequired language(s): Fluent EnglishThis position will need to be filled immediately.
