Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Value Creation Office Finance
Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead a team of 1-2 analysts in supporting the Value Creation
Office
Support projects aimed at maximizing company value through lean
manufacturing practices, improved spend controls, strategic
pricing, and better ROI tracking
Collaborate with leaders to develop financial reports and
operational metrics that drive action and improve financial
results
Qualifications:
Bachelor's and/or master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or
Business
10+ years of related business experience in Finance with a track
record of success
Experience leading a global team
Strong ability to navigate ambiguity and manage conflict during
times of change
Proficiency in financial systems and applications, including SAP,
Hyperion, and Business Objects
