Job Description:
Our Client, a Ride-Share company, is looking for a Operations
Support Associate for their Chesapeake, VA location .
Responsibilities: Customer Service and Vehicle Processing: Assist
customers with the rental process, including check-in, vehicle
assignment, and rental return. Prepare rental vehicles for drivers,
including fueling, cleaning, installing telematics and license
plates, and conducting vehicle inspections. Manage vehicle
compliance documents. Operational Support: Organize the vehicle lot
and manage vehicle transportation. Conduct daily rental operations
tasks. Ability to physically handle high amounts of standing and
walking. Report vehicle issues, program challenges, and bugs to the
designated point of contact. Standards and Communication: Maintain
service standards while interacting with drivers. Communicate
effectively with on-site staff and remote support. Provide clear
and concise communication. Deliverables and Milestones: Daily
completion of vehicle preparation tasks according to established
procedures. Accurate and timely processing of customer rental
transactions. Weekly reports on vehicle inventory and operational
issues. Timely reporting of vehicle damages and customer issues.
Reporting: Operations Support Associate will report to the on-site
[Operations Lead or designated contact]. Daily verbal updates, and
weekly written updates. Requirements: 1 year of experience in an
in-person customer service role like retail, technical support or
hospitality Familiarity with the market area Demonstrated ability
to provide excellent customer service and resolve problems
effectively. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Proven
ability to maintain patience, identify and solve problems,
de-escalate situations, and work effectively in a team. Ability to
follow instructions and work independently. Operations Support
associates will adhere to all client safety and operational
guidelines. Operations Support associate will maintain
