Job Description Job Description Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. A virtual, school-based contract opportunity is available for a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide services to elementary and middle school students. This role supports the second semester with potential for annual renewal, offering flexibility in schedule with full-time and part-time options, requiring a minimum of 20 hours per week. Key Responsibilities: Deliver speech-language therapy services to a caseload of approximately 50 students across elementary and middle school levels Utilize teletherapy platforms to conduct virtual sessions effectively and engage students remotely Collaborate with school personnel to develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and monitor student progress Maintain comprehensive documentation in compliance with educational and clinical standards Adapt therapy techniques to meet diverse student needs in a remote learning environment Qualifications: Valid license to practice as an SLP with pediatric expertise Experience working in school settings, particularly with elementary and middle school populations Strong knowledge of speech-language disorders commonly found in children and adolescents Proficiency in virtual therapy tools and technology Excellent communication and organizational skills to manage caseload virtually Location: This role is fully remote, serving students located in Virginia Beach, VA.
