The mechanical engineer will focus on troubleshooting,
problem-solving, robotics, vision systems and improvement
activities. All work takes place in a climate-controlled

is a top priority to us. We are seeking candidates for the position
of Process Engineer III! ResponsibilitiesProvides mechanical
engineering support to implement or improve production equipment
and / or systems including, but not limited to automated assembly
or process lines. Performs root cause analysis (RCA) for equipment
/process issues. Develops & implements appropriate countermeasures.
- Consistently demonstrates the ability to generate & implement
effective, imaginative solutions to problems. Monitors and tracks
the effectiveness of the countermeasures and/or next steps-
Provides guidance to engineers (production lines, codes/compliance,
etc.) and as an engineering systems specialist
(Policies/Procedures, Oracle, etc.)- Creates
divisional/interdivisional policies and procedures.- Coordinates
and leads schedule and planning meetings and/or act as the ME
representative at meetings.- Develops, manages and tracks resources
and budgets for department and assigned projects including spending
schedules.- Reviews and analyzes large scale tasks /projects.
Identifies resources required and prioritize actions effectively.-
Acts as the Engineering lead for problem investigations using
engineering principles.- Solves complex issues and/or design equip
and/or processes. Acts as a technical resource to guide others and
improve member's capability.- Reviews other members' drawings, etc.
for accuracy, clarity, and/or adherence to CVI ME drawing
standards, etc. Mentors and reviews junior members' technical
reports, documentation, etc.- Demonstrates technical knowledge and
ability to research, interpret and apply standards (NEC, NFPA,
etc.) proactively / consistently as needed to maintain employee
safety and code compliance.- Develops concepts and implementation
plans for large scale, complex, equipment and/or process projects.
Identifies resources required and prioritizes actions effectively.
Qualifications- A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing
Engineering, Mechanical/ Manufacturing Engineering Technology or
related field and 5-8 years' experience preferably in a
manufacturing environment.- Working knowledge of CAD operations,
Basic design requirements and Tolerance methods (preferable
Autodesk Inventor).- Experience in robot and vision systems a
plus.- Requires experience and proficiency with Microsoft Office
programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).- Requires strong verbal
