Job Description
The Manufacturing Graduate will:
As a Graduate Manufacturing Engineer at O-I, you will spend your
first four (4) to six (6) months getting exposure to various roles
and operating procedures within a glass manufacturing facility.
Following this period, we'll determine your specialty deep dive
where you'll receive in-depth training to prepare you for your
first full-time role within the plant. This assignment will be
determined based upon your education/experience, personal interest
and the company needs.
Throughout your rotation through various roles across the business,
you will be responsible for the following -

Our Manufacturing Development Program leads to challenging and
rewarding opportunities within O-I. Options for your first role
within O-I would likely include: Combustion Engineer, Process
Specialist, Assistant Quality Manager, Assistant Plant Engineer,
Maintenance Planner, Maintenance Supervisor, Shift Supervisor, and
Environmental Engineer.
Over time, you'll acquire experience that will lead you to even
more opportunities such as: Quality Manager, Batch & Furnace
Manager, Production Manager, Maintenance Manager, Plant Engineer,
Plant Manager and a variety of other Plant, Regional and Global
