diagnosing and repairing residential electrical systems with

birthdays! What You’ll Do The Lead Electrical Service Expert will
serve our customers at the highest level. This position will
diagnose and repair electrical issues that lead customer to
informed and confident decisions for their home. Daily/Weekly
Responsibilities Complete all general electrical in-home, service
calls Establish customer rapport to sell the right products and
services Educate and assist customers in choosing the best finance
options and maintenance plans Understand your service criteria and
hold yourself accountable for exceeding revenue goals Show yourself
as professional and knowledgeable to win new referrals and repeat
business Work alongside customer service and dispatch to ensure
overall success of the business Maintain a clean, organized job
site and well inventoried truck Participate actively in all
training exercises, morning meetings, trade shows and retreats
Train and mentor apprentices to ensure quick, accurate repairs and
installations Be accurate and timely with invoices, timecards,
curbside feedback and option sheets What We’re Looking For Over 3
years of experience with residential electrical codes, coupled with
proven ability to make effective, on-the-spot decisions regarding
troubleshooting, diagnostics and ultimate service of the systems 2
years of experience mentoring apprentices through training and
skill development Developed proven track record in electrical
systems including electrical components, junction boxes, circuit
breaker units, and reading wiring diagrams. Generator experience is
a plus Clean, safe driving record Highly organized with exceptional
follow-through abilities Strong verbal and written communications
High integrity with advanced social skills and ability to make
solid connections Competitive individual contributor who also loves
