Job Description Job Description Job Title: Assembler Job Description Join our team as an Assembler, where you will be responsible for assembling small parts for elevator doors, walls, and other components. This role involves both assembly and packing of parts for shipment. We seek individuals with basic assembly experience or a strong mechanical inclination. Responsibilities Assemble and pack a wide variety of mechanical, electrical, electromechanical, and fabricated elevator components. Perform all operations necessary to assemble, align, and pack elevator subassemblies and assemblies within allocated times while maintaining quality specifications. Work from manufacturing information, SAP, COE sheets, engineering drawings, and written and oral instructions. Package and identify completed assemblies for shipment. Maintain all required records and documents. Essential Skills Experience with kitting and use of hand tools. Basic blueprint reading skills. Mechanical assembly experience. Mechanically inclined. Additional Skills & Qualifications Picking and packing experience preferred but not required. Entry-level candidates welcome. Why Work Here? The position requires some lifting of up to 50 lbs. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Hanover, PA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.50/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
