experienced and driven Field Service Manager to lead and manage our
Northern California Field Service department. The ideal candidate
will have a strong background in pump repair and rotating
equipment, coupled with proven leadership abilities. This role
requires a proactive individual capable of building customer
relationships, driving service business, and ensuring the
successful completion of service jobs. Key responsibilities of the
Field Service Manager include but are not limited to: The Service
Manager must be willing to work 50-70% billable hours monthly or
bring in Pump Repair business by building customer relationships.
Plans and directs the work of the Service Coordinators and Service
Technicians, placing particular emphasis on successful completion
service jobs. Continually improves and develops standards for the
Service Department. Administers safety, technical, and process
training as required for department. Organizes shop to accomplish
operational goals and advises Customer Service Manager on staff
requirements. Monitors Service Department to ensure efficient use
of manpower and compliance with customers' requirements. Works with
Sales Professionals to prepare technical proposals and support
customer needs. Works with the Safety Coordinator to ensure that
the service department operates according to Company Safety
policies, both in the shop and in the field. Works closely with the
Customer Service Manager to develop and accomplish long-range
operating and service sales growth goals Qualifications of the
Field Service Manager include but are not limited to: Must be
hands-on Manager with extensive knowledge of Pump Repair. Minimum
of 7-10 years of experience in pump and/or other rotating
equipment. Demonstrated experience in employee management. Proven
ability to motivate a team, hold team members accountable, and
accomplish goals LI-JG1 zrjg Additional Information: Pay: $100k
Physical Demand: Must be able to lift up to 50lbs. unassisted
Working Conditions: Shop, field, and plant environments
Training/Certifications: Not applicable Shift Time/Overtime: Must
be able to work overtime as necessary Travel: Travel to client
sites and manufacturer sites for factory training. Must have clear
driving record according to company guidelines. Education: High
