Technician Ready to turn solid machining fundamentals into CNC
mastery? If you can read a print, hold tolerance with calipers and
bore gauges, and show up eager to learn, we’ll teach you the rest.
Does this sound like you? Comfortable with manual machining and
curious about CNC? Detail-focused and safety-minded? Team-oriented,
receptive to feedback, and dependable? Hours Monday–Thursday: 6:00
AM – 4:20 PM Friday: 6:00 AM – approximately 12:00–2:00 PM
(depending on workload) What you’ll do Operate CNC machines (we’ll
train as needed). Interpret basic blueprints and follow work
instructions. Verify dimensions using calipers and bore gauges .
Inspect parts for quality and accuracy throughout production.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Work closely with
leads/supervisors and collaborate with the team. Must-haves
Machining experience (manual or CNC). Proficiency with calipers and
bore gauges . Basic shop math and measurement knowledge. Strong
attention to detail. Consistent attendance and punctuality.
Nice-to-haves Prior CNC experience (not required). Exposure to
production or job-shop environments. Understanding of tolerances
and inspection methods. Mindset we value Willingness to learn and
take coaching. Positive attitude and pride in workmanship. Drive to
build a long-term, transferable skill set. You should be proficient
