Specialist Job Description -Ensure adherence to permitting
requirements, safety standards, and right-of-way constraints.
-Track project progress and maintain accurate records and data for
compliance and reporting. -Potential to occasionally conduct field
assessments and pole surveys to evaluate existing conditions and
pole loading capacity. -Utilize design software and GIS tools to
create detailed construction drawings and layout plans. -Prepare
make-ready engineering (MRE) documentation, bills of material
(BOM), and work packages for construction crews. -Candidate will be
required to participate in emergency storm response throughout the
year when needed. -Work as member of team to interact with
designers, supervisors, and PMs across the program to determine
permit needs and work queues. -Ensure adherence to permitting

year when needed. Skills -ArcGIS -AutoCAD Additional Skills &
Qualifications -Permitting experience would be a plus. -Associates
or Bachelors degree in GIS, Engineering Technology/CAD or Design
related. -Experience in Joint use, Telecom, distribution, and
identifying electric and communication facilities is a plus as this
will be a major component of the position. *Weekly pay, benefits
package offered if needed *In office, 5 days a week.* Job Type &
Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Richmond,
VA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $22.00 -
$22.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may
depend on your job classification and length of employment.
