precise, high-quality metal fixtures. What You’ll Do: As a Metal
Fabricator, you’ll report to the Metal Fabrication Department
Manager and play a critical role in our day-to-day production. Your
responsibilities will include: Fabrication Excellence: Execute
precise cutting, milling, machining, welding, and polishing to
create metal fixtures with exact final dimensions, meeting strict
schedules and quality standards. Technical Expertise: Leverage
in-depth knowledge of various metals, rod types, tools, and
equipment to ensure superior finished products. Problem-Solving:
Identify and resolve issues, adapt to guidance, and handle
exceptions while maintaining workflow efficiency. Safety
Leadership: Uphold a safe work environment by adhering to OSHA and
company safety protocols, fostering a culture of safety.
Collaboration: Work closely with team members across departments to
address challenges and ensure seamless project execution. Quality
Control: Inspect materials for defects and ensure all fabricated
items meet or exceed expectations. Workspace Maintenance: Keep your
work area clean and organized to support efficient operations. Who
You Are: We’re looking for a dedicated professional with the
following qualifications: Technical Skills: Proven expertise in
metal fabrication processes, including cutting, milling, machining,
welding, and polishing, with a keen understanding of how tools and
materials impact outcomes. Attention to Detail: Exceptional
precision and commitment to producing defect-free work with
accurate dimensions. Communication: Strong ability to communicate
clearly and professionally across all levels of the organization.
Problem-Solving: Capability to troubleshoot issues, work
independently, and adapt to changing priorities. Team Player:
Collaborative mindset with strong interpersonal skills to work
effectively with diverse teams. Reliability: Ability to manage

experience in metal fabrication or a strong understanding of
