The world's most trusted source of home care for seniors seeks a--General Manager--to manage a team of qualified staff as well as the daily business operations and compliance.The General Manager will be responsible for understanding and ensuring that Virginia State Regulations are being followed at all times driving growth in service culture and team support managing all staff on a daily basis, including support, positive feedback--and discipline achieving the--operational plan's revenues, gross profit and profitability--objectives developing and maintaining--positive and professional relationships with referral providers within the community and other duties as assigned by the franchise owner.The ideal candidate must possess a high degree of professionalism, excellent communication and customer service skills, strong ability to problem solve, have a minimum of four to ten years of business experience including management of staff,--and working knowledge of the industry.Our Company Core Values are:
