Job Description:
This is a hybrid position with an average of 4 days per month

coordination to onboard new vendors and ensure they are successful,
work with vendors to reduce operational defects, and identify and
analyze non-compliant vendor issues for improvement. This
individual must be highly motivated, team focused, organized,
detail oriented, and possess problem-solving and interpersonal
skills. A Lands' End Vendor Management Assistant understands that
the retail industry is constantly evolving, and that competition is
everywhere. An effective Vendor Management team member is always
pushing Lands' End forward and is ruthlessly passionate on behalf
