Job Title: Generation Project Manager
Job Location: Surry, VA 23883
Job Duration: 12 Months+ (Due to existing site workload, strong potential for Extension/Permanent)

Per Diem: Of up to $700/weekly

What is the preferred candidate location (local, non-local, remote?) and is there flexibility? Candidate will need to be local or able to drive in as they will be onsite (Hire somebody if they will be ready to commute or relocate)

Top Required Skills

• 
  
• Demonstrated experience with managing Mechanical projects at site from initiation phase (funding requests, starting projects), through Design, Execution (Field Implementation) and Closeout phases.
  
• Demonstrated experience with Mechanical disciplines focused projects. (Fuel Handling Equipment, Large pipe 96" modifications and installations, Heat Exchanger replacements, Pressurizer Heater Replacement etc.
  
• Experienced in following Station Processes and Project Management best practices to manage Projects.
  
• Demonstrated experience with using Online, closeout phases and Outage processes to schedule projects.
  
• Experience with using Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Project)
  
• Experience with reviewing P6 Project Schedules.

  • Experience in project management and implementation, engineering background a plus

    Education:
    --- BS degree in Engineering, Business or Construction Management preferred.
