• Provide Personalized Academic Advising of Students (International and Civilian), which includes the counseling and advising of students on their academic requirements. -
• Provide proactive communication with students to provide information in order to promote persistence and completion of their education. -
• Maintain accurate information in student records.
• Work with other departments, locations, and leadership to support other locations in their roles.
• Works with the Senior Director to set enrollment goals and strategies for the location.
• Works with Senior Director and other departments to plan outreach programs, student success programs, and community engagement activities.
• Takes responsibility for the Fiscal stability (procurement and budget), - Facility management, and site compliance (local, state, and federal)QualificationsRequired Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • At least three years of professional level experience, preferably working with students
  • Demonstrated work experience juggling multiple priorities in a professional mannerRequired Skills, Knowledge, Abilities -
    • Analytical skills with an in-depth knowledge of information systems and technical expertise with Microsoft operating systems, Access, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook
    • Excellent customer service skills and strong attention to detail
    • Working knowledge of office procedures and equipment
