Job Description:
A company is looking for a Manager of Revenue Enablement &
Support.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive training programs to enhance
employee knowledge, skills, and productivity
Structure revenue support function to provide direct support and
troubleshooting for front line teams
Lead a team responsible for sales support and training, ensuring
necessary tools and resources are provided for success
Qualifications:
5-8 years of relevant experience in sales, training, and/or
operations
1-3 years of people management experience
Experience directly supporting sales/revenue teams on a team and
individual basis
Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team, fostering
collaboration and continuous improvement
Strong technical inclination with the ability to translate
complicated processes for a non-technical audience
