Job Description:
A company is looking for a Product Support Engineering Senior
Manager for a remote position in the US.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and lead a team of technical experts to handle complex
technical issues related to the company's products
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues
and identify potential pain points
Optimize support processes and workflows to improve efficiency and
reduce ticket volume
Required Qualifications:
7-10 years of relevant experience in a technology company
5+ years of leadership experience in Technical Support and/or
Engineering
Experience managing a team of 10+ engineers across time
zones/geographies
Ability to analyze complex technical issues and provide effective
solutions within established timelines
Experience working collaboratively with other teams to advocate for
customer needs and provide feedback for product improvement
