Job Description:

A company is looking for a Junior Configuration Management Analyst.
Responsibilities:

Follow software configuration management concepts, policies, practices, and standards
Maintain computer software to ensure systems perform consistently over time
Operate CM tools to support configuration identification, control, reporting, and auditing

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree and 0-2 years of experience or a HS degree and 6-8 years of experience
Proficiency in MS-Windows, M365, and MS-Office applications
Experience with ServiceNow and familiarity with SharePoint
Understanding of software configuration management concepts and industry practices
Must be a U.S. Citizen or possess a minimum 3 years of residency as a Lawful Permanent Resident (LPR) in the U.S
