Job Description:

A company is looking for a Senior Technology Resiliency Director.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and lead the implementation of technology resiliency strategies and plans to ensure continuity of critical systems and operations
Conduct risk assessments and business impact analyses to identify and prioritize potential disruptions and their impact on the business
Collaborate with other teams within GTS and the broader IT organization to ensure that technology resiliency is integrated into all aspects of the technology environment

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field or equivalent experience
10+ years of experience in IT infrastructure and operations with a focus on technology resiliency and disaster recovery, or a related field
Strong understanding of technology resiliency principles and practices, including risk assessment, business impact analysis, incident management, and testing
Experience with disaster recovery planning and testing, business continuity planning, and risk management
Experience with cloud-based infrastructure and resiliency solutions
