Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Technical Customer Success
Manager for their Sales team in the United States.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the primary post-sales point of contact for technical,
product, and support questions for critical customers
Establish and implement processes and projects to ensure successful
adoption and usage of Kong products
Interface with customers at all levels to understand their needs
and help them achieve the greatest value from Kong
Required Qualifications:
3-5 years of experience in Technical Account Management, Technical
Support, or Professional Services in a Software/SaaS company
Proven ability to tackle hard technical problems with minimal
supervision
Experience managing multiple projects and delivering results across
various initiatives
Prior experience with API management platforms is a plus
Prior experience working for a technology startup is a plus
