Job Description:
A company is looking for an HR Generalist Operations
Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle HR tasks such as recruitment, talent management, employee
relations, benefits administration, and performance management
Oversee onboarding and training processes for new hires
Provide support to remote employees, addressing inquiries,
concerns, and needs promptly and effectively
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or
related field (Master's degree is a plus)
Proven experience as an HR Generalist, preferably in a remote or
global environment
Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment
laws
Experience with onboarding, training, and talent development
Proficiency in HR software and tools
