Job Description:
A company is looking for a Case Management Specialist.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle escalated issues and claim disputes from warranty holders
and clients
Provide outstanding customer service and consistent adherence to
company policies and procedures
Focus on customer/client callbacks and follow-ups until claim
resolution is achieved
Qualifications:
High School diploma or equivalent
Minimum two (2) years of experience in a high-volume customer
service environment
Ability to multi-task and work independently
Strong analytical skills and ability to provide amicable resolution
to customers and clients
Excellent time management skills and ability to work effectively
with other teams and departments
