• Outpatient, ambulatory setting
• Monday through Friday, 7:30 am to 5 pm
• Phone call is shared among the group
• Physician will treat ages 65 and older and see an average of 20 daily
• On-site services and equipment for treating geriatric patients
• Must be board certified with at least 1 year of experience
