Job Description:
A company is looking for a Bilingual Spanish Care Management RN
or Social Worker for a work-at-home position.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead teams of nurses and behavior health professionals responsible
for care management
Oversee assessment and evaluation of members' needs and
requirements to achieve optimal wellness state
Collaborate with other managers across the department and conduct
briefings and area meetings
Required Qualifications:
Bilingual in English/Spanish without limitations or assistance
Associate's Degree
5+ years of professional experience and 2+ years of leadership
experience
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license or Social Work (SW)
license
Proficiency in analyzing and interpreting data trends
