Job Description:

A company is looking for a Medical Information Specialist.
Key Responsibilities:

Deliver virtual or telephonic support to clients engaging customers, patients, and healthcare professionals in clinical dialogue
Document medical information requests, adverse events, and product quality complaints
Conduct study compliance calls, enroll participants in educational seminars, and provide patient support

Required Qualifications:

Current US healthcare professional license: RN or LPN
Competency with computer and call center telephone technology
Ability to work independently and within a group setting
Results-oriented with excellent organizational skills
At least one year of experience in healthcare or pharmaceuticals (preferred for higher job level)
