• Employed structure in a private practice setting, outpatient only
• Inherit an established patient base with opportunities for growth
• Established referrals from ODs, PCPs, and government-run clinics, providing a large and diverse service area
• ASC and ODs on site
• No hospital/trauma callSchedule:
  • High-volume cataract surgeries and laser-assisted cataract surgeries
  • Clinic hours are Monday-Friday, 7:30-4:30 typically
  • Flexible workweek, based on provider preference
  • 1 full day in surgery per week minimum; more time in surgery will be allotted as patient panel growsSupport Staff:
    • Dedicated scribe, assigned to be an extension of YOU
    • Experienced OPH scrub tech and surgical team
    • Tenured, extremely knowledgeable practice manager and clinical techniciansFinancials:
      • Guaranteed base salary range starting at $400,000
      • Net collections bonus structure with no threshold!
        • Additional bonus for premium or laser procedures
        • Partnership track available
