We are looking to fill Full-Time, Part-Time Plus, and Part-Time positions. Ideal candidates will have flexible availability to work days, nights, weekends and holidays as needed. RNs should also possess strong attention to detail, excellent follow through, and the ability to relate positively with residents, guests, and staff. REGISTERED NURSE (RN) JOB DUTIESRounds on assigned residents at least twice per shift to ensure resident safety and implementation of the plan of care; makes rounds with outgoing and incoming nurse to discuss residents on caseload and observed changesSupervises CNA activities to ensure resident needs are met; obtains information from CNAs regarding response to care, changes in condition, or other information gathered during the shift; holds CNAs accountable for timely and accurate completion of scheduled vital signs and weightsPerforms professional nursing tasks and nursing procedures including venipuncture and intravenous therapy according to current standards, policies, and proceduresOrders labs and medications per the physician's order; enters any new orders in the EMR and notifies resident's representative of new ordersInvestigate any incidents that occur during the shift and complete incident report.
