Job Description City/State Suffolk, VA Work Shift First (Days) Overview: Sentara Obici Hospital in Suffolk, VA is hiring a Travel Acute Physical Therapist to work a 14-week assignment! Travel Physical Therapist - Acute/Rehab - Inpatient Sentara Louise Obici Hospital - Suffolk, VA - Temporary Full Time, 14-week assignment - Day shift - Hours: 9:00am-5:30pm or 10:30am-7:00pm Mon-Fri with rotating weekend (Sat & Sun) once per month - 40 hours/week - $65.00/hr! - No benefits Overview Performs modalities/therapeutic interventions in accordance with accepted standards of care and department policies and procedures. Provides effective instruction to the patient and family through standardized educational programs and/or individualized training. Initiate, develop, and maintain collaborative interactions with internal and external team members, patients, and family members to improve patient outcomes. Productive and efficient in daily operations. Selects and performs the appropriate assessment procedures. Establishes and updates formal plan of care to address individual patient needs. Required license must be valid in state of practice.
