Ivy Rehab, a leader in personalized outpatient therapy services, is seeking a dedicated Pediatric Occupational Therapist to join our vibrant team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, providing specialized occupational therapy to children from infancy through adolescence. As an integral part of our pediatric team, you will focus on treatments that promote optimal function and engagement in meaningful activities. At Ivy Rehab, we prioritize evidence-based practices and tailor care plans to the individual needs of each child, supporting optimal outcomes and enhancing quality of life. Assess children's developmental levels and identify their therapy needs. Develop and implement treatment plans based on medical, social, and educational histories. Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, educators, and families to facilitate integrated and comprehensive care. Advise and educate families on home activities and exercises that align with therapeutic goals. Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations, as well as professional standards. Proficiency in pediatric therapy techniques and technologies Ability to engage children and families with empathy and compassion Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume environment Commitment to ongoing professional development and evidence-based practice Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current state licensure as an Occupational Therapist NBCOT certification CPR and First Aid certification preferred but not required
