fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: Monitor and assess
patients transitioning from intensive care to general wards
Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician
orders Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and
implement patient care plans Educate and support patients and
families regarding care plans and recovery processes Respond
promptly to changes in patient conditions and escalate concerns
appropriately Qualifications and Desired Experience: Current, valid
RN license with experience in Stepdown or intermediate care units
Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills Ability to
work effectively in a multidisciplinary team Excellent
communication and patient education abilities Familiarity with
electronic health records and documentation standards
Schedule/Hours: Flexible shifts, including days, evenings, and
weekends, based on facility needs Location:This position is based
