Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior
Analyst (BCBA) to provide high-quality behavior analytic services
in both in-home and clinical settings. The ideal candidate is
passionate about improving the lives of individuals with autism and
other developmental disabilities through personalized,
evidence-based interventions. This role also includes exciting
international travel opportunities throughout the year with our
global partners to support training, collaboration, and outreach
initiatives. Responsibilities: Conduct assessments (e.g., FBAs,
VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R) and develop individualized treatment plans.
Provide direct supervision and training to RBTs and behavior
therapists. Implement evidence-based interventions in both home and
clinical settings. Collaborate with families, caregivers, and
multidisciplinary teams to ensure client success. Monitor client
progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary. Conduct parent
and caregiver training sessions to promote consistency in behavior
strategies. Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with
ethical and legal guidelines. Participate in team meetings, case
reviews, and ongoing professional development. Engage in
international travel throughout the year with our global partners
to provide training, consultation, and collaboration on behavior
analytic services. Qualifications: Board Certified Behavior Analyst
(BCBA) certification (required). Masters degree in Applied Behavior
Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field. Minimum one
year of experience in ABA therapy (preferred). Strong leadership,
communication, and organizational skills. Ability to work
independently while collaborating effectively with a team. Reliable
transportation for in-home sessions (mileage reimbursement
provided). Willingness to travel internationally for professional
