and highly skilled Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to
join an esteemed medical team at a premier pediatric hospital in
Norfolk, Virginia. This is a 100% pediatric position, offering a
unique opportunity for a CRNA to thrive in a dynamic, specialized
surgical environment. The role involves managing a diverse caseload
that encompasses pediatric general surgery, ENT (Ear, Nose, and
Throat), orthopedics, urology, ophthalmology, gastrointestinal
(GI), dental, oral and maxillofacial surgery, and plastic surgery.

reward your contributions. Key Responsibilities * Administer
anesthesia for a wide range of pediatric surgical procedures,
ensuring precise and safe delivery tailored to the unique needs of
children. * Monitor pediatric patients closely before, during, and
after anesthesia to ensure their safety, comfort, and well-being
throughout the surgical process. * Collaborate effectively with
surgeons, anesthesiologists, pediatricians, and other healthcare
professionals to develop and implement individualized anesthesia
care plans. * Provide comprehensive post-operative care, managing
patient recovery from anesthesia with a focus on pediatric-specific
protocols. * Maintain accurate, detailed anesthesia records in
compliance with hospital and regulatory standards. * Adhere
strictly to established guidelines, protocols, and safety
standards, with a particular emphasis on pediatric care.
Qualifications * Current Virginia license as a Registered Nurse
(RN). * Certification as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist
(CRNA). * Pediatric anesthesia experience is preferred but not
mandatory; training and support will be provided to ensure success
in this specialized role. * Strong commitment to delivering
