This role demands a commitment to staying up-to-date with the latest healthcare practices in respiratory therapy, ensuring the highest standards of care for our patients. Administering and managing respiratory treatments, diagnostic tests, and therapies. Collaborating with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to customize care plans. Educating patients and families about treatments and respiratory health management. Monitoring patient progress and adjusting treatments accordingly. Ensuring compliance with all healthcare regulations and maintaining accurate patient records. Expertise in the use of respiratory care equipment and machines Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a high-stress, fast-paced environment Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) credential is required. Active state licensure as a Respiratory Therapist.
