Hospital Types of Cases: Appendectomy, strangulated hernias,
cholecystectomy, incision and drainage (I&D), procedures that
will be emergencies Credentialing Timeframe: 30-60 days Electronic
Medical Record (EMR): Epic Certifications required: Board
Certification Licensure required: Active North Carolina license Job
