What You Will Do Lead With Confidence Facilitate structured psychosocial and psycho-educational groups Teach emotional regulation, coping skills, independent living skills Maintain group structure and therapeutic engagement Provide Real Support Assist adults with ADLs and IADLs Support hygiene, life skills, and personal accountability Model appropriate social behavior and boundaries Drive Community Integration Safely operate agency vehicles Supervise outings and appointments Encourage healthy socialization and community participation ?? Handle Crisis With Professionalism De-escalate volatile behaviors Respond appropriately to physical or emotional outbursts Maintain safety in challenging situations Follow agency crisis protocols at all times Document With Accuracy Complete progress notes and group documentation daily Ensure compliance with program standards Maintain professional records reflecting measurable progress ?? This Role Requires Strength & Stability This position works directly with adults experiencing serious mental illness and behavioral challenges. You must be:? Emotionally stable ? Assertive yet compassionate ? Comfortable setting firm boundaries ? Calm under pressure ?
