Pay for every hour worked over 40 hours per week Full-time

coursework Position Summary: The Nail Technician, in accordance
with established policies and procedures and/or specific
instructions, is responsible for specializing in nails according to
latest style, period, or character portrayal, following
instructions of patron, make-up artist, or script, by performing
the following duties. Analyzes nails to ascertain condition of
nails and determine nail requirements. Studies features of patron
and arranges, shapes, and trims nails to achieve desired effect.
Cleans, shapes, and polishes fingernails and toenails. Creates new
style especially for patron. Suggests cosmetics for conditions such
as dry or oily skin and applies lotions and creams to customer's
nails to soften skin and lubricate tissues. Maintains a sanitized
work station and tools. Education and/or Experience: One year
certificate from college or technical school; or one to three years
related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of
education and experience. Must maintain a current Virginia Nail
Technician license. Ability to act in a resident’s best interest
and make responsible choices and decisions. Ability to work as a
team with a positive attitude. Excellent interpersonal
communication and customer service skills. Organization and
time-management skills. Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer
skills (Microsoft Office: Windows, Outlook, and Excel) and the
ability to learn new applications. Qualifications Our vision at
