Job Description:

A company is looking for an Employment Support Team Supervisor.
Key Responsibilities:

Supervise, evaluate, train, develop, and counsel case management staff
Ensure contractual obligations are met and recommend quality improvement strategies
Identify training needs, develop work schedules, and assign duties to subordinates

Required Qualifications:

Broad knowledge of human services programs
Minimum of two (2) years of related experience
Minimum two (2) years supervisory experience in case management or working with disadvantaged populations
Associate degree or equivalent combination of education, technical training, or work experience
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented work environment
