Assistant Store Managers are responsible for motivating their team to ensure customer satisfaction, comply with company procedures and maximize productivity and profitability. Assistant Store Managers are also responsible for hiring, training and monitoring the development of their staff. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following: Store presentation, maintaining proper stock levels, maintaining high store standards for cleanliness, managing store labor, promoting store growth, effective communication to your store team as well as corporate support staff, manage and maintain store systems and processes to ensure compliance with company standard.Because of the high level of responsibility accrued to a Assistant Store Manager, the following are minimum requirements for this position: 3 years or more of significant retail management experience. Previous retail experience must include, leading, managing and motivating a store team, handling issues involving inventory control, visual merchandising, human resources, customer service, excellent communication and organizational skills, ability to multi task, computer proficient in Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point and Microsoft Navision.If you meet these requirements, please take advantage of this opportunity to join us.
