Job Description:
STAFFING SPECIALIST--SUMMARY:Responsible for administering human
resources processing and office duties of a small office.Answering
the telephoneOnboarding new employees and conducting
orientations.Keeping Applicant Tracking System Updated.Coordinating
with customersScheduling interviewsWalking candidates into job
sites for interviewsCalling and screening candidates for
jobsSearching databases for candidates for open jobOther tasks that
may be required in the course of business. Must have excellent
organizational and communication skills Must have excellent
computer skills and be able to pick up on new software quickly.
Must be customer service oriented. Must work well independently
Ideal candidate will have worked within a staffing firm previously.
