Williamsburg Landing, a local CARF-accredited life plan community,
seeks a full-time Recruiter to join the Talent Management team.
This position ensures a high-quality candidate experience through
the successful management of the recruiting lifecycle including job
definition, candidate sourcing and evaluation, and interview
logistics. Leveraging an understanding of position classification
as it pertains to establishing job specifications, minimum
qualifications, and job-related duties, the Recruiter will
determine the most effective recruitment methods and conduct
marketing efforts to attract new talent.
A minimum of two years relevant experience in recruiting, staffing,
marketing, communication and talent acquisition is preferred;
equivalent work experience and education may be considered. The
ability to conduct preliminary phone and/or video interviews prior
to presenting to hiring managers for consideration in order to
provide a consistent, high quality experience for all involved as
well as timely delivery of the hiring outcome is essential. This is
