Job Description:
A company is looking for an HR Coordinator to support the
day-to-day operations of the HR team.
Responsibilities:
Oversee contractor management process, including coordinating with
hiring managers and processing invoices
Review and approve employee leave requests, ensure timely
submission of timesheets
Serve as primary payroll administrator, processing payroll records
and managing pay adjustments
Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of HR experience
Bachelor's degree in HR management or related field preferred
Knowledge of benefits, leave, and payroll laws and regulations
Experience with ADP Workforce Now and multi-state payroll
preferred
Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
