We are looking for a Human Resources Business Partner who will be
responsible for the oversight and implementation of human resource
functions and serving as a key HR business partner for a diverse
group of corporate functions. The position formulates partnerships
across the HR function to deliver value-added service to management
and employees that reflects the business objectives of the
organization.
What You'll Do
You will provide high-quality advice and service daily regarding
employee relations, performance management, and staffing
support.
Acts as a strategic partner by embedding corporate HR strategy into
day-to-day work and providing professional HR guidance and support
to internal client groups to add value to the business
Support, consult, train, and coach all levels of the management
team regarding people-related laws, policies, programs, and issues
to help managers make informed decisions, which ultimately advance
business objectives
Identify and diagnose issues to develop, recommend, and implement
root cause solutions that enhance employee
engagement/experience.
Ensure regional HR initiatives contribute directly to achieving
business results, such as growth, market expansion, innovation, and
customer satisfaction.
What You'll Bring
BS degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
5+ years of progressive human resources experience, with at least 2
years in a business partner role
Experience using Microsoft Office, including the ability to create
basic reports, documents, presentations, and spreadsheets in MS
Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint
Experience in measurement/ analytics (data collection, analysis,
and interpretation) to support fact-based, predictive decision
making.
Previous support and maintenance expertise with SAP-HR and ADP HRIS
systems
Strong communication, interpersonal, influencing, coaching, and
consulting skills.
Demonstrated ability to resolve complex problems impacting people,
processes, and program issues, along with excellent communication
skills (verbal and written).
