Job Description Job Description Requirements Experience: 2 years (will consider 1 year with strong NICU background) Certifications: BLS, NRP, RRT (VA License Required); PALS preferred Charting: Epic (preferred) Travel Experience: Not required (First-time travelers welcome!) Other: Previous Trauma Level I/Teaching hospital experience preferred Skills Needed Ventilator Management (BiPAP, HFJV, HFOV, Servo I required, Puritan Bennett preferred) Neonatal/Pediatric critical care, high-risk deliveries, and airway management Medication administration (Albuterol, Atrovent, Nitric Oxide, Pulmicort, Xopenex, etc.) Advanced knowledge in ABG interpretation & respiratory protocols Ability to float to NICU, PICU, Peds Acute Care, and Pediatric ED (Level 1 Trauma Center) Additional Details Unit: Respiratory Care Services (NICU/PICU) Weekend Coverage: Required (every other) RTO: Up to 2 requests pre-approved Holiday Coverage: Must work at least 1–2 major holidays if assignment covers them Company Description LanceSoft is rated as one of the largest staffing firms in the US by SIA.
