Job Description: Ferguson has an exciting opportunity for an Oracle Cloud Application Administrator to join the Ferguson IT Security group, directly supporting the Identity and Access Management team.The Oracle Cloud Application Administrator is a technical contributor, whose mission it is to consult with Oracle consumers and configure and support Oracle Fusion Cloud applications. This might be accomplished through portal-based configuration and/or scripting. This includes responsibility for related technical platforms and supporting standards. This position requires strong partnership with IT, Security, business, and third-party stakeholders, to ensure that Ferguson can execute its business plans.**Position is approved to sit 100% remote. If local to Hampton Roads / Newport News, VA area, you would be given the option to sit in the new HQ3 building, once permitted.** DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Oracle Application Security Operations and Engineering (100%)Configures form-level entitlements using Oracle "Expression Language"

• Modifies and troubleshoots entitlement-related form issues (eg. controls/fields hidden for unauthorized Roles)
• Supports the quarterly Oracle release cycle, correcting related application entitlements that break
• Ensure that all Service Offerings are available and operating reliably
• Employ available technology and threat prevention technologies and processes, to prevent compromise of endpoint assets
• Maintain and enhance operational runbooks
• Create and/or partner with Automation stakeholders as appropriate
• Establish and maintain good working relationships with all IT, Security, third-party, service consumer, and business stakeholders
• Ensure that appropriate maintenance, monitoring, automation, and response procedures are in place, to meet Security and availability objectives
• Conduct operations in a quality manner, in accordance with our ITIL and other documented processes
• Gather, analyze, and report on service consumption and value delivered to customers, to ensure SLAs are met
• Understand Security and company objectives and develop support strategies that map to service offerings
• Advocate for new/enhanced Security Service Offerings on behalf of Operations and its customers
• Learn and attend training related to monitoring, ongoing support, routine engineering, and operation of new security technology
• Partner with Security Governance team to monitor and enforce compliance with the organization's security policies and standards among employees, contractors, and third parties responsible for Cloud and Endpoint SecurityAdditional Job Duties and ResponsibilitiesAdhere to all policies, rules, regulations, and procedures.

• Participate in "on-call" rotation as a technical and functional expert QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS: Minimum of four (4) years of experience is preferred to perform at expectation. Applies in-depth advanced knowledge and skills of a specific/specialized technical area with understanding of external environment factors that may affect own specialist area. Provides expert advice, coaching, and counseling within discipline/function area.
• Experience with Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud or Oracle ERP System using tools such as Oracle ADF and Oracle HCM Data Loader
• Experience configuring security roles and setting up security groups in Oracle Fusion applications
• Experience writing SQL and developing queries preferably in OBIEE, OBIA, OTBI for HCM or similar tool
• Experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI)
• Experience with configuring security controls within cloud-based SaaS, IaaS, and/or PaaS platforms
• Certifications not required, but Oracle OCI Integration Specialist, SSCP (Systems Security Certified Practitioner) or CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional) desirable
• Ability to organize and prioritize work.

• Ability to lead and motivate individuals within a team
• Ability to efficiently operate computers, tablets and mobile devices.
• Knowledge of Excel lookup and reference functions
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office software (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, etc.).
• Systems Security Certified Practitioner or Certified Information Systems Security Professional preferred.
• Working understanding of the SDLC and QA lifecycle and methodology preferred.
• Ability to work on cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work with all levels of the organization: Executives to developers.
• Application of logic, reasoning, and problem solving.
