Overview PROLIM (www.prolim.com) is currently seeking a Sr. Software Developer for location Plano, TX for one of our Top Client. Job Description:

• The Client's vehicle cyber security testing team is seeking a Software Development Lead. The role will help strengthen vehicle security by developing micro services that will execute automated functional and security test cases to vehicle components connected through "virtual harness". The Software Development Lead should have a complete understanding of modern cloud CI/CD development practices.
• Looking for someone with vision of how we should implement and support this test automation platform, and the ability to justify his or her ideas based on supportability, cost-effectiveness, and scalability. This position's responsibility includes:
  • Develop micro services for the production ready "mini datacenter" on server racks with vehicle components connected through "virtual harness" by working with the infrastructure architecture and embedded systems engineers.
  • Use containerization to reliably deploy and execute tests towards this "mini datacenter".
  • Develop AWS cloud components that is the general users UI interfaces to this "mini datacenter". Qualification:
    • Familiarity with at least 5 programming languages and fluency in 2
    • Experience building and supporting 12-factor applications in a DevOps model
    • Experience as a software architecture consultant, with proven success implementing industry patterns
    • Experience solving for the security of highly sensitive information at application layers
    • Experience productively negotiating with others about what layer of a product should provide features including information security, redundancy, and high availability
